Record a tab

Open a normal website tab. Click the Roll icon, then Record this tab. A stop bar stays on the page if you switch tabs.

Start and stop

• Toolbar icon, then Record this tab
• Shortcut: Command-Shift-Space on Mac, Ctrl-Shift-Space on Windows and Linux

Stopping opens the local viewer with video synced to console, network, and clicks. Free recordings stop at 5 minutes. Pro has no cap.

What is captured

• Tab video (no desktop or other windows)
• Console messages, warnings, and errors
• Fetch and XHR requests (auth headers redacted, bodies capped)
• Clicks, typing, submits, and navigations
• URL, viewport, OS, and browser

Library

Right-click the icon and choose Open Roll library, or click Library in the popup, to browse recordings and paste a Pro license key.

Then

Ask your agent for the latest recording after MCP is connected, or publish a link if someone else needs it.
