Privacy

Recordings stay on your device unless you publish one. Publishing is opt-in, per recording.

Extension

• Tab video of the page you chose to record
• Console, fetch/XHR bodies (capped; auth headers redacted), clicks, inputs
• Device metadata: user agent, viewport, timezone

Stored in this browser and, if the MCP host is running, ~/.trace/jams. Recording does not upload.

When you publish

• Email and OAuth profile for sign-in
• The files of that recording, so the share link can play them
• License checks if you activate Pro
• Payment email when you buy Pro

Retention

Free published links are deleted after 7 days. Pro links stay until you delete them. Local recordings stay until you delete them.
